Johnny U. Agim, SAN is the Founder and President of JASAN Foundation.

He was called to the Nigerian Bar, as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in November 2005, had his National Youth Service Corps [NYSC] programme between 2006 and 2007; and has been in active legal practice to date.

He is the Lead Counsel of Legal Assent, Abuja a thriving firm of Lawyers carrying on Legal Practice both locally and internationally; he is a Notary Public for Nigeria, a trained Arbitrator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators [UK], a certified Leadership Coach; an Ambassador for Peace, and was conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria [SAN] on 27th November 2023.

He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association [NBA] and has served in various capacities at his local branch, the Unity Bar [NBA Abuja Branch], where he held several positions which include but not limited to:

Alternate Chairman of Human Rights Committee;
Alternate Chairman, Law Reform Committee;
Two-term Chairman Disciplinary Committee; and
Alternate Secretary, Ethics and Anti-touting Committee; amongst

He sits on the Board of several companies and organisations, he is a member of several professional bodies within Nigeria and overseas and has won several awards and recognitions. He is married and blessed with children.
